So why are we now mowing lawns?
The short version
Cutter Bandits isn't a separate business. It's the lawn care division of Gutter Bandits LLC — same two owners (Tristan and Andy), same crew, same trucks, same standards. We added lawn care because our customers kept asking us to.
Year after year, we'd be on a roof in Manalapan or Marlboro clearing leaves out of someone's gutters, and the homeowner would come outside and ask if we knew a good lawn guy. They wanted someone who'd actually show up when they said they would. Someone who'd communicate. Someone who wouldn't try to upsell aeration when the lawn didn't need it. After enough of those conversations, we figured: we're already on the property. We already know the homeowner. We already have the trucks. Why are we sending them to someone else?

The reasoning behind expanding
Gutters are seasonal. Spring rush, fall rush, ice dam season. In between, things slow down. Lawn care fills the gaps without spreading us thin — May through October is heavy lawn season, exactly when gutter work is light.
The skill overlap is real. Both jobs are about reading a property, working safely, doing physical work in weather, and communicating with homeowners. The crews that are good at one tend to be good at the other.
Customers prefer fewer vendors. Every contractor you bring onto your property is a small risk — will they show up, will they do good work, will they damage anything, will they bill correctly. If you already trust someone for one job, adding a second is easier than starting fresh.
What we're offering
Full-service lawn care, not just mowing. The list:
Weekly or bi-weekly mowing — including edge work, blowoff, and clipping management. Standard route days by town.
Spring and fall cleanups — full property reset. Leaves, debris, bed prep, mulch refresh, the works.
Mulching — beds and tree rings. Black, brown, or red. Real mulch, not the dyed-pine garbage.
Hedge trimming — kept-up hedges, restorative cuts on overgrown ones, full removal if you want them gone.
Aeration and overseeding — the right way (core aeration, not spike), in the right window (early fall for Central NJ).
Snow removal — driveways and walkways for residential properties in our route.

Honest assessments. If your lawn doesn't need aeration this year, we'll tell you that. If your hedges look fine, we won't try to convince you they need shaping. We've never built our business on talking people into work, and we're not starting now.
